Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- Salt & Pepper
- Butter or Oil
Appliances:
- Stove
- Frying Pan
- Plate
- Spatula
Cook Instructions:
- Put a little butter or oil onto the pan, covering the pan throughly by swirling it around.
- Turn your stove on to medium heat.
- Crack your egg (See How To Crack An Egg) into the frying pan, or crack it in a bowl, then transfer to your frying pan.
- Keep your stove on medium heat until the clear part of the egg starts turning white, then put your stove on low heat.
- Once the portion of the egg around the yolk is white, start to add salt to taste.
- urn off the stove and carefully pick up your frying pan. 7. Using your spatula, carefully pick up the egg and put it on your plate.
- Add other seasoning as you wish. You can also add herbs such as thyme, oregano, and chives (See How To Season Eggs).
