Cook Instructions:

  1. Put a little butter or oil onto the pan, covering the pan throughly by swirling it around.
  2. Turn your stove on to medium heat.
  3. Crack your egg (See How To Crack An Egg) into the frying pan, or crack it in a bowl, then transfer to your frying pan.
  4. Keep your stove on medium heat until the clear part of the egg starts turning white, then put your stove on low heat.
  5. Once the portion of the egg around the yolk is white, start to add salt to taste.
  6. urn off the stove and carefully pick up your frying pan. 7. Using your spatula, carefully pick up the egg and put it on your plate.
  7. Add other seasoning as you wish. You can also add herbs such as thyme, oregano, and chives (See How To Season Eggs).
