Roasted Tomatoes

Roasted Tomatoes are made by baking tomatoes for around 20-25 minutes. They are great to add onto pastas. Our roasted tomatoes can be easily in 30 minutes, and have a good flavoring, but aren't too strong so as to overpower the flavoring from the rest of the dish.

Ingredients:

• Cherry Tomatoes
• Vinegar
• Balsamic Vinegar
• Any Herbs (Eg. Basil)
• Honey

Appliances:

• Oven
• Small Baking Dish

Prep Instructions:

1. Put tomatoes in bowl
2. Toss tomatoes with firmly chopped herbs, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and honey

Cook Instructions:

1. Put in oven at 125 Fahrenheit(52 Celsius) for 20-25 minutes, or until tomatoes are wrinkly
